Shipping Policy – Carma Canada

Thank you for shopping with Carma Canada! We aim to process and ship your orders efficiently and transparently.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another email once your order has shipped.

For Ready to Ship items:

Order confirmation will be sent within 1 business day
Shipping confirmation will be sent within 2–3 business days
If alterations are required, your order will ship within 7 business days after alterations are completed

Domestic & International Shipping

We offer free shipping within Canada on all products over $600 price.

We also ship internationally to over 200 countries. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once your order reaches your destination country. Carma Canada is not responsible for these charges, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

If you have not received your order within 9 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at carmacanadafashionltd@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
